Finally, the weekend is here and time to make menu plans for all of my fresh CSA goodies.
This week I picked up:
5 quarts bok choy
5 quarts spinach
1 quart strawberries
1 pint snap peas
5 radishes
5 turnips
1 head lettuce
10 scallions
8 sprigs mint
8 sprigs garlic chives
